ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

• Age – 17 years to 30 years as on 31st December of year in which the admission is sought.
• The minimum education intermediate or its equivalent.
• Candidates should be medically fit.
• Incomplete forms will not be entertained.
• The following photo state copies of certificates duly self attested should be attached with the form.

1. High school Admit card / certificate
2. High school mark sheet
3. College leaving certificate
4. Inter admit card
5. Inter mark sheet
6. Provisional certificate
7. Caste Certificate
8. Income certificate
9. Residential certificate
10. 4 copies of self attested color photographs
11. Adhar card
12. Migration if required.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE COURSE

If after registration the student withdraws from the course, fee deposited will not be refunded.
